The platform may contain links to external websites. SUSTYC does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content.

SUSTYC may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published.

Necessary storage only

This marketing website does not load analytics, advertising pixels, embedded video players, maps or chat widgets. These details describe the website, not the separate PerforaScan application.

Private preview access

When private preview protection is enabled, perforascan_preview_access is an HTTP-only, secure session cookie valid for up to seven days. It contains a signed access token, not your password. Logging out deletes it.

Remembering this notice

As long as no audience measurement is enabled, this panel offers no choice and nothing is saved in your browser. When a choice is offered, your choice and its date are saved in your browser’s local storage under the key sustyc-consent-v2, separately for each site, until you clear site data.

Language and third-party services

Language is selected in the page URL, without a language cookie. Fonts and images are served by this website. Contact details are sent to our email delivery provider only when you submit a request.

Browser controls

You can clear site data in your browser to remove the saved notice and preview cookie. Blocking necessary cookies prevents access to the private preview. No optional cookie categories are currently offered.

The sustyc.ca and perforascan.sustyc.ca websites are hosted on an OVHcloud server located in Beauharnois, Québec, Canada. Requests sent through their contact forms are delivered by email through our email delivery provider, Resend (United States), and received in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. This information may therefore be communicated outside Québec. The SUSTYC and PerforaScan applications are separate from these websites.

Security

SUSTYC implements access controls, encryption and system protection measures.

Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary or as required by law.

You may access your data, request corrections or deletion, or withdraw your consent.
